We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You will be draped appropriately during the treatment to ensure privacy and comfort.

Do I need to shower before or after?

A shower before is not necessary. Post-treatment, we provide warm towels to remove product, but you’re welcome to shower after if preferred.

Are there any medical conditions that require a doctor’s clearance?

Yes. Please seek written medical clearance if you:

Yes, it’s completely safe. Let your therapist know so they can adjust comfort measures as needed.

Is the treatment painful?

Not at all. Body scrubs are invigorating but gentle, massages are tailored to your pressure preference, and foot peels are painless with no downtime.

Can I combine treatments?

No prep needed. Just relax and enjoy — we take care of everything, including the soak, peel, and massage.
